Refunds

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

Lost Packages

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping company.

  • After shipment, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.

  • Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping company directly for delivery issues.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are not damaged

  • Items reported after the 7-day return window
